Lab Manager (Coating and Ink Industry)

Job Descriptions :

1. Responsible to manage lab team for carrying out all examinations of samples in accordance with approved procedures using equipment and materials that meet specifications.
2. Manage and supervise numerous trials performed by lab team to create best solution for our customers using our products.
3. Provide technical assistance to sales team and customers.

Job Requirements :

1. Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / other related field graduate.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
4. Good English in both oral and written skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with Lab team, sales team, suppliers and customers.
6. Result oriented person, self-driven & highly motivated person.
