Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Integrate various learning approaches across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver training seminars, online courses, and other educational materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development strategies and help staff maximize learning opportunities.
  • Assist department leaders in developing their team members through career paths.
  • Innovate with media or technology to create an engaging learning environment.
  • Utilize a variety of training methods, including e-learning, open communication channels, and mentoring.
  • Maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders to understand their training needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role as Learning and Development Officer.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Confident in speaking and writing, with the ability to present to large groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Working experience in 5-star hotel operations is highly regarded.
