Job summary

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) invites applications for an Analyst in the Know Your Customer (KYC) Department on a PMO contract, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on coordinating KYCD project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring comprehensive documentation and stakeholder communication.

The successful candidate will assist in planning, progress reporting, and issue escalation while supporting data analysis and routine project management tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management, PMO, banking, or KYC-related projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and monitoring of KYCD projects.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth project implementation.
• Follow up on project action items and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and escalate project issues or delays to stakeholders.
• Support data analysis and reporting related to project progress and performance.
• Assist in other project management and administrative activities as required.
