Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) invites applications for an Analyst in the Know Your Customer (KYC) Department on a PMO contract, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on coordinating KYCD project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring comprehensive documentation and stakeholder communication.

The successful candidate will assist in planning, progress reporting, and issue escalation while supporting data analysis and routine project management tasks.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management, PMO, banking, or KYC-related projects is a plus.

General Objectives:

To support project implementation within KYCD by coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring proper documentation and communication among relevant stakeholders.
