Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Head of Mining Engineering (KTT) to lead on-site mining activities in North Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara. The role ensures exploration and construction activities meet ESDM regulations, prioritizing safety, environment, and GMP.

You will manage permits, RKAB approvals, environmental licenses, and interface with government agencies while guiding mine planning, budgeting, and contractor oversight during the exploration and development phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• 8+ years in nickel mining with managerial/KTT experience.
• Strong knowledge of ESDM regulations, RKAB procedures, and mine planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ESDM regulations and liaise with government agencies.
• Lead preparation and control of RKAB, Feasibility Studies, AMDAL.
• Oversee mining operations including overburden removal, ore handling, hauling, stockpile management, shipping.
• Lead HSE initiatives and enforce GMP and SMKP.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the operations team and contractors.
