Korean Translator Staff

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Korean Translator Staff to join our team at PT Pratama Abadi Industri (Sukabumi) in Kabupaten Sukabumi Jawa Barat. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between our organisation and our Korean partners and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing high-quality translation services from Korean to Indonesian and vice versa.
2. Interpreting during meetings, presentations, and other business discussions with Korean partners.
3. Assisting with the translation of various business documents, including contracts and reports.
4. Ensuring consistent terminology and language usage across all translated materials.
5. Serving as a cultural liaison, providing insights and guidance to facilitate effective communication and understanding.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

What we're looking for

1. Fluency in both Korean and Indonesian languages, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proven experience in a similar translation or interpreting role, preferably within a business environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Korean and Indonesian business customs, etiquette, and cultural nuances.
4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.
5. Proficient in using translation software and other relevant tools.
6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
7. A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
