Korean Translator & Administration Staff

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Korean Translator & Administration Staff. This dual-role position is responsible for accurate verbal and written translation between Korean and Indonesian/English, as well as providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate documents, emails, reports, and business materials between Korean and Indonesian/English

Provide interpretation during meetings, video calls, and company events

Ensure that translations maintain the original tone, intent, and meaning

Assist Korean expatriates or managers in communication with local employees and third parties

Manage general office tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Coordinate internal and external communications

Maintain and organize confidential company records and documentation

Support HR or finance administration as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Korean Language, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in Korean–Indonesian/English translation and interpretation

Excellent command of Korean, Indonesian, and English (spoken and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative support roles

Familiarity with Korean business culture

Experience working in a multinational company is a plus
