Job summary

PT Linkbot Tech Indonesia is building a talent pool of Korean-speaking Virtual Assistants based in Indonesia for remote roles in Customer Service, Administrative Support, and Sales/Business Development.

Opportunities are full-time Independent Contractor, remote (WFH), with a 5-day, 40-hour week. Salary is commensurate with Indonesian rates and includes medical leave and monthly day-offs, with a probation period at 80% and an increase to 100% on successful review.

Opportunity Details

Work Arrangement: Full-time Independent Contractor, Remote (WFH), 5-day work week, 40 hours per week

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (SGT, GMT+8). Working hours may also vary according to client requirements.

Compensation Package: Salary (commensurate with Indonesian rates), Medical Leave & Monthly Day-Off

Salary Structure:

The position includes an initial probationary/review period of three (3) months. During this period, the starting salary will be paid at 80% of the agreed base salary.

The review period is designed to assess the employee’s suitability for remote work and to evaluate their potential for long-term employment.

Upon successful completion of the review period, the salary will increase to 100% of the agreed base salary.
