PT. Gunung Pantara Barisan is seeking a capable operations/coordination leader for a director-level role. You will manage the Director’s schedule, coordinate multiple regional visits to engage customers, and oversee factory preparation and construction phases.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and proficiency with IT tools. You will travel regularly across Banten, Jakarta, West Java, Lampung, and project sites, ensuring production, logistics, and procurement run smoothly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• GPA 3.00/4.00 or higher.

• Proficient with IT tools and software (Google Workspace, MS Office).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Director's schedule, meetings, and communications.
• Conduct routine sales trips to multiple regions to visit customers.
• Visit Lampung and Lahat regions for customer engagement.
• Coordinate construction phase factory operations and ensure plan adherence.
• Oversee production, delivery, and quality control.
• Manage maintenance planning and logistics.
• Lead recruitment: postings, CV screening, interviews.
• Liaise with customers and vendors for POs, invoices, payments.
• Operate ERP and accounting systems.
• Coordinate with Hangzhou office for IT support.
• Drive task execution across teams and travel for official business.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the Director's schedule, meetings, and communications (based in Jakarta/Singapore/China)

Conduct routine sales trips to Banten, Jakarta, and West Java to visit and serve customers

Conduct customer visits to the Lampung and Lahat regions

Be a coordinator at the factory location which is in the construction phase, ensuring construction implementation runs according to plan

Coordinate production operations, delivery, and quality control

Manage technical maintenance planning and logistics

Manage initial recruitment process: posting advertisements, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates for various positions

Be a liaison for customers and vendors (receiving POs, issuing invoices, and following up on payments)

Operate the company's ERP and accounting systems

Coordinate with the Hangzhou office for IT support and part-time geologist

Follow up and ensure task execution across various teams

Willing to travel on official business to operational locations and mining areas

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university. We accept intelligent people from various majors and backgrounds, including: Accounting, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Geology, or other engineering/scientific majors

High GPA (minimum 3.00 out of 4.00) — we are looking for intelligent people who learn quickly

High initiative, intelligent, logical, and able to think technically

Proficient in using information technology and software (Google Workspace, MS Office, communication applications)

Willing to be placed in Umpam (near Baturaja), South Sumatra. Candidates from Palembang are welcome to apply — if you prove yourself, we can arrange a commute schedule between Palembang and Umpam

Willing to travel on official business regularly (Banten, Jakarta, West Java, Lampung, Lahat, and project locations)

Active ability in Indonesian and English (spoken and written)

Very organized, proactive, and have high integrity

Possess excellent leadership qualities and analytical skills

Willing to be trained and developed according to the Director's management style
