Job Description

  • Build and nurture relationships with high-quality influencers across various channels; negotiate and establish collaborations to promote the company’s brand and products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to select suitable influencers based on project needs and assist other channel operations to enhance product exposure and brand awareness, achieving collective operational goals.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end influencer collaboration process, including initial contact, negotiation, contract signing, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators and results from influencer collaborations. Compile influencer content assets and complete periodic data reports, continuously optimizing influencer mixes and placement frequencies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

CRM Partnerships

  • Conduct marketing and channel performance analysis, develop optimization strategies, and analyze customer behavior.
  • Identify and negotiate collaborations with brands, designers, and key industry professionals.
  • Manage relationships with social media influencers, celebrities, and media personalities.
  • Oversee content partnerships and ensure alignment with the brand’s vision and standards.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Marketing, KOL, PR, Branding, or Partnerships, ideally within the jewelry and fashion industries.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, influencer marketing, and branding.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for fashion and jewelry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, segmentation, and reporting.
