Job description

Engage & contact with celebrities, local artists, top KOLs, and community influencers to join TikTok E-Commerce Program (Affiliate Videos & LIVE Streaming).

Manage each KOL to ensure active participation and provide guidance to improve their performance in the E-commerce Program.

Collaborate with the MCN team to produce content for the E-Commerce Program.

Monitor operational performance based on key metrics, and conduct data analysis to optimize operations.

Plan and execute online & offline E-Commerce live campaigns.

Design events and campaigns to drive GMV growth, based on a thorough understanding of market demand and supply.

Shape creators' mentality and enhance their willingness to do live streaming and video content by developing comprehensive operational strategies throughout the year.

Plan, test, and scale promotional events to increase adoption of business solutions, aiming to achieve business goals like GMV, content creation, and user growth.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product management, live streaming, content creation, program management) to improve efficiency along the conversion funnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.

2-4 years of experience in Talent Management, LIVE Streaming, and MCN operations related to KOLs in entertainment, fashion & beauty, food, and lifestyle sectors.

E-commerce or sales background is preferred.

Possess extensive talent/KOL databases.

Experience in e-commerce operations, event management, or content platform operations is advantageous.

Able to manage complex programs, understand celebrity needs, and excel in scouting and cultivating top KOLs/Influencers; successful cases are a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a user-focused mindset.

Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative thinking, and brainstorming ability.

Enthusiastic, responsible, results-oriented, efficient, and able to work under pressure.

Knowledge of content platform strategies on major social media platforms.
