  • Up-to-date with social media trends and technological developments.
  • Experience in partnership management (KOL Brand or Media Partnership) with a strong network.
  • Strong public speaking, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure with a target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage partnerships with brands, influencers (KOLs), and media.
  • Conduct marketing research on trends, brands, and influencers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, media, and third-party agencies.
  • Develop and execute KOL campaigns, achieving targets such as 8 million views per month.
  • Assist in the execution of social media content and all marketing administration needs (Partnership, Photoshoot, Event Marketing)
  • Research and identify KOLs across digital platforms to enhance brand experiences.
  • Implement KOL engagement campaigns by coordinating with KOLs on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and costs to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide accurate timing estimates on work.
