1. Organize Affiliate partnerships with affiliate creators on TikTok and Shopee to drive brand awareness and sales.
2. Approach, track, and manage Affiliate Creators.

1. Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with KOLs across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
2. Approach, track, and manage KOL performance.

1. Collaborate with internal and external teams to run Affiliate or KOL Campaigns.
2. Monitor and analyze performance metrics.

1. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field.
2. Preferred degree in digital marketing, management, communication.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize performance.
5. Willing to learn and a fast learner.
