Job summary

Arya Noble is at the forefront of Indonesia's beauty and wellness brands, seeking a KOL Management professional to drive influencer partnerships and community engagement. You will coordinate with agencies, manage onboarding, and ensure campaigns meet objectives across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of KOL experience, a related degree, and the ability to juggle several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in KOL Management, preferably in the beauty industry; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience handling several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing, research, and identification of KOL across digital platforms.
• Manage and regularly update KOL, affiliate, and agency databases with profiles and campaign history.
• Analyze campaign needs to recommend suitable KOLs for objectives.
• Support in negotiating KOL costs, terms, and conditions.
• Implement community engagement activities in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate community activities to boost member engagement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with business unit teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage onboarding processes for KOLs and affiliates, including briefing and payment coordination.
• Oversee KOL activities to ensure alignment with briefs and campaigns.

• Support in managing and negotiating KOL costs, terms, and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Implement community engagement activities such as content posting, moderation, event coordination, and member interaction in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate community activities that promote interaction, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, while aligning with brand values to boost member engagement.
• Collaborate and coordinate KOL implementation with business unit teams, agencies, KOL, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage and regularly update KOL, affiliate, and agency databases, including profiles, performance data, availability, and campaign history.
• Manage the execution of KOL and affiliate onboarding processes, including briefing, content alignment, contract administration, deliverable tracking, and payment coordination according to approved terms and budgets.
• Manage the execution of KOL activities to ensure alignment with campaign briefs and guidelines, evaluate performance against objectives and investment, and generate actionable insights to optimize future KOL initiatives.
• Manage daily community interactions in social media, handling member inquiries and moderating discussions to foster a positive and engaging environment.
• Oversee administrative processes for KOL and community activities to ensure operational excellence.
