Job summary

Kalbe Farma seeks a Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure schedules and standards are met. You will monitor performance and drive KPIs across the line, while maintaining strict safety and quality compliance and providing coaching to staff.

You will coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment in top condition and identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs, contributing to Kalbe Farma's role as a leading Southeast Asian healthcare company.

• Memastikan target produksi tercapai dan menangani masalah yang muncul.
• Menyiapkan dan menyajikan laporan kinerja, menyoroti indikator kinerja utama (KPI).
• Memastikan kepatuhan dengan standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan regulasi.
• Memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada staf produksi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kinerja.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim pemeliharaan untuk memastikan peralatan dipelihara dan berfungsi dengan baik.
• Mengidentifikasi dan menerapkan perbaikan proses untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi biaya.
