As a Kitchen Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, optimizing human resource performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve both operational excellence and financial targets.

Requirements:
  • Minimum D3 degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role with strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proficient in HACCP standards, inventory management, and FIFO/FEFO systems

  • Solid understanding of COGS and effective kitchen cost control strategies

  • Neat, professional appearance and a strong problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations across outlets

  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency

  • Enforce hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) strictly
