About the role

As a Kitchen Engineering at Midplaza Holding, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the kitchen equipment and facilities. This full-time position is based in Kuta Bali and requires hands-on technical skills to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

What you'll be doing

• Performing regular inspections and maintenance on all kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and other appliances
• Troubleshooting and repairing any issues or malfunctions with kitchen equipment in a timely manner
• Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and identify any equipment-related problems
• Maintaining records of all equipment servicing and repairs
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all relevant health and safety standards
• Assisting with the installation of new kitchen equipment and appliances
• Providing training and guidance to kitchen staff on the proper use and care of equipment

What we're looking for

• Relevant diploma or certificate in electrical/electronic engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar kitchen technician or maintenance role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the kitchen team
