• Creative and skilled at creating innovative, flavorful cuisine to surprise our guests.

You will

• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and make adjustments if necessary.
• Check the setup, appeal, and replenishment of buffets (600 to 1000 covers per service).
• Offer a personalized plating-up service at the buffet to enhance customer relationships.
• Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the resort's assets.
