Job description

This is a Kindergarten teaching position at an international school in Solo, Indonesia adopting the Montessori and Cambridge curriculums. The school is in the midst of expansion and is looking for highly motivated individuals to boost the teaching force.

*This position starts AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Key responsibilities

Conduct lessons for students at the Kindergarten levels, including the subjects of English, Math, Science, and other aspects of Montessori learning

Develop lesson plans, materials and provide inputs for the curriculum

Maintain regular communication with parents on students' progress

Organise activities on a termly basis

Requirements;

Foreign Teacher, At least 26 y.o

a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience

Familiarity and experience with Montessori, play-based learning, and Jolly Phonics approaches

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other relevant online tools

Physically and mentally fit, and able to work effectively under pressure

Mature, positive, disciplined, responsible, and adaptable to new environments and situations

Willing to be placed in Sukoharjo - Solo Raya, Central Java, Indonesia.

Based in Sukoharjo – Solo Raya, Central Java, Indonesia

Competitive salary (tax free) depend on degree and experiences, with the range salary IDR 10.000.000 – 15.000.000 per month

2 months bonus at the end of a 2 years contract (with annual return ticket)

Teachers residence with individual rooms and air-conditioner (next to the school). New teachers who do not bring and do not live with family at residence, will live in the residence with other foreign teacher of the same gender
