Job summary

Chike School and Daycare seeks an Early Childhood Educator to teach at our PAUD & daycare facility in Central Jakarta. You will design and implement lesson plans, teach phonics, and evaluate student progress across multiple age groups.

Responsibilities include delivering lessons for 3–4 year olds daily, 4–6 year olds phonics, and 6–8 year olds English foundations, while maintaining 10-hour workdays Monday to Friday. Lunch is provided and a friendly team environment awaits.

Chike Early Childhood Education Center is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to teach at our PAUD & daycare facility. You will teach children across multiple age groups, create and execute lesson plans, and evaluate student learning.

Key responsibilities

Teach children aged 3-4 years daily with creative methods, including lesson plan development, execution, and learning evaluation/report cards

Teach phonics to children aged 4-6 years

Teach supplementary lessons with English language foundation for children aged 6-8 years

Work 10 hours daily (including breaks and meals) Monday to Friday at our PAUD & daycare facility

About you

Candidates have full working rights for Indonesia in good physical and mental health

Intermediate to advanced level English proficiency, with willingness to learn phonics teaching techniques if needed

Clear communication skills with leadership qualities

Able to work collaboratively in a team and adapt quickly to curriculum requirements

Able to work under pressure

Willing to learn supplementary teaching materials for children aged 6-8 years (Merdeka and Singapore curriculum)
