Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a hands-on supervisor to assist in daily slaughterhouse operations, ensuring efficient production while upholding SOPs and halal standards.

You will guide operators, monitor processing, cleaning, sanitation, and reporting, and help maintain basic records to support internal reporting and compliance.

Assist in supervising daily slaughterhouse operations and work execution. Support monitoring of processing, cleaning, and sanitation activities. Help ensure compliance with SOPs, halal, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards. Guide operators in routine tasks and report issues to supervisors. Maintain basic operational records and assist in reporting.
