Job summary

Japfa, an Indonesia-based agribusiness company, is seeking support to supervise daily slaughterhouse operations at our Lampung facility in Indonesia. You will monitor processing, cleaning and sanitation activities and help ensure compliance with SOPs, halal, and food safety standards.

You will guide operators in routine tasks and report issues to supervisors while maintaining basic operational records and assisting in reporting to the management team.

Assist in supervising daily slaughterhouse operations and work execution. Support monitoring of processing, cleaning, and sanitation activities. Help ensure compliance with SOPs, halal, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards. Guide operators in routine tasks and report issues to supervisors. Maintain basic operational records and assist in reporting.
