Kalbe Farma membuka posisi Sales yang fokus pada pengembangan dan pemeliharaan hubungan dengan klien. Anda akan melaksanakan rencana aksi penjualan yang diberikan atasan secara bulanan dan triwulanan, termasuk rencana kunjungan pelanggan, pengeluaran, target penjualan per outlet, dan evaluasi kinerja.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, negosiasi, serta kemauan bekerja dalam tim untuk mencapai target penjualan di pasar domestik Indonesia, khususnya Jawa Timur.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Execute monthly and quarterly sales action plans, including customer visit plans, expenses, and outlet/customer sales targets.
