Job summary

KF PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in Jakarta Pusat to oversee day-to-day warehousing, logistics and inventory activities, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with safety standards.

You will manage a team, coordinate schedules, implement management policies, monitor performance metrics, and prepare reports for leadership while engaging with internal and external stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction across Kalbe's extensive distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily activities run smoothly and meet deadlines.
• Manage a team of staff, providing direct supervision, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and assign daily tasks.
• Implement policies and procedures set by management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
• Address operational issues and provide solutions to maintain productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and prepare reports for management review.
• Track inventory levels, delivery schedules, and supply chain performance metrics.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and address any service-related issues.
• Communicate delivery updates and logistics information to customers.
