Job summary
A leading company in project sales is seeking an experienced professional to establish relationships with customers and manage a sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the piping system industry, strong networking skills, and proficiency in English. This role offers opportunities for business travel throughout Indonesia.
Qualifications
- More than 3 years of project sales experience in piping system industry, focusing on PPR, PEX, and PVC Conduit pipes.
- Networking with reputable MEP consultants, contractors, project owners, and distributors.
- Willingness to travel all around Indonesia if needed.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with new project customers and distributors.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
- Support Marketing Dept. to collect market information.

Responsibilities
- Establish relationship with new project customers and distributors also achieve strategic cooperation
- Recommend Rifeng to reputable MEP/architecture consulting companies to be on their material purchase list and achieve strategic cooperation with reputable consultants
- Assist regional agents/distributors to develop and maintain relationships with project customers
- Ability to identify and resolve potential problems in projects
- Manage and lead KA sales team, offer training and guidance periodically
- Set up performance assessment indicators of the team and review the team’s performance and make adjustments in time if necessary
- Strive to achieve the sales targets of the company and at the same time control sales expense under budget
- Support Marketing Dept. to collect competitors’ information and market information
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to President Director periodically as required
Qualifications
Must have:
- More than 3 (three) years of project sales experience in piping system industry; especially focusing in PPR, PEX and PVC Conduit pipes;
- From junior manager level to senior manager level (from Rucika/Lesso/Toro/SD/Westpex are preferred)
- Have networking and very good relationship with reputable MEP consultants, contractors (main, sub, etc), developers, project owners, and distributors
- Managing reputable project customers & distributors in Indonesia
- Willing to business travel all around Indonesia(if needed)
- Driving license: A (preferable) or C
Good to have:
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Profiency in Mandarin is preferable
