As a Key Account Executive at Rekket, you’ll be on the frontlines of our sales growth — introducing Rekket Sports products to padel players, venue operators, and retail partners across Indonesia.

Your focus will be to build and manage relationships with:

  • Community players and clubs
  • Sports venues and training facilities
  • Sporting goods stores and resellers

You’ll understand the rhythm of racket sports, speak the language of the court, and drive real results through connection, follow-up, and ownership. This is a performance role for someone who thrives on building pipelines, closing deals, and growing alongside a rising brand.

You Will

  • Identify and approach padel communities, sports venues, and stores to introduce Rekket products and secure partnerships or wholesale deals.
  • Pitch and close key accounts: handle pricing, terms, product education, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Represent Rekket in meetings, player events, and trade conversations — online and in person.
  • Develop and maintain a CRM/database of active leads, sales progress, and account status.
  • Coordinate with internal ops to ensure orders, stock, and customer experience run smoothly post-sale.
  • Provide feedback from the field: product preferences, pricing sensitivity, and what players and partners actually need.
  • Support sell-in and sell-through: from in-store visibility to training venue staff and club leaders on product features.

You Are

  • 1–2 years into a sales, account management, or business development role — ideally in sports, lifestyle, or CPG (consumer packaged goods).
  • Passionate about racket sports, especially padel. You know what players care about and how to speak their language.
  • Target-driven and self-managed — you love the chase, but also the close.
  • A strong communicator who can listen, pitch, and follow up with professionalism and clarity.
  • Able to build relationships that last: you think beyond the transaction and focus on long-term value.
  • Organized and consistent — you track your own pipeline and show up prepared.
  • Bonus: experience working with sports clubs, gyms, or retail distribution networks.
