The TBO journey began in 2006 with a simple goal – to address the evolving needs of travel buyers and suppliers. What started as a single product air ticketing company has now become the leading B2A (Business to Agents) travel portal across the Americas, UK & Europe, Africa, Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific.

Today, TBO’s product range includes air, hotels, rail, holiday packages, car rentals, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, and cargo. Our proprietary platform relies heavily on AI/ML to offer unique listings and products, meeting specific customer requirements to increase conversions.

TBO’s approach has always been technology-first. We continue to invest in new innovations and offerings to make travel easy and simple. TBO’s travel APIs serve large travel ecosystems worldwide, and the modular architecture of the platform enables new travel products and expansion into new geographies.

Why TBO:

  • You will influence and contribute to building the world’s largest technology-led travel distribution network for a $9 trillion global travel market.

  • Physical presence in 47 countries with operations in 110 countries.
  • Reputed for long-lasting trusted relationships with our ecosystem of suppliers and buyers.
  • An open, informal start-up environment that cares.

What TBO offers to a Life Traveller in You:

  • As a fast-growing B2B platform, our priority is to build scalable, purpose-driven systems.
  • Adopting industry-leading technologies to support top-tier business capabilities for high-performing, scalable solutions.

We focus on rapid response to evolving regulatory environments and meeting our regulatory commitments by addressing internal and external obligations.

Key Expectations During Your Role:

Assist with account management, operations, and business development support for existing and new agents, following company SLA. Inside sales will play a fundamental role in achieving agent acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You should be comfortable making and receiving numerous calls daily, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

This role involves sales and operations functions for the APAC market.

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
  • Understand customer needs, answer questions, create plans to address business requirements, and facilitate bookings across all products.
  • Support sales executives in developing and closing deals, working closely with the sales team to support agents and finalize bookings.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand the prospect database in coordination with BDM Italy.
  • Collaborate with sales to build pipelines and close deals, especially when local support is needed.
  • Conduct online demos to prospects, explaining product features.
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms by both the company and clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations, offline, revenue) to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure timely resolution of escalations from customer service teams and agents within your region.
  • Send monthly reports on lost agents by the pre-set deadline to BDM & Commercial Director.

Why Check-In to This Role:

  • Global impact with high-visibility, mission-critical work.
  • Work closely with senior leadership.
  • Opportunity for rapid learning and growth.
  • Unique chance to deploy innovative processes from ground up, with exposure to strategy, innovation, and business results.
  • Experience that can accelerate your career, offering up to 3X the experience compared to peers over time.
