About the role

Rosé All Day is on the lookout for a Key Account Manager – TikTok who’s excited to grow a beauty brand through creative strategy, sharp analytics, and hands-on execution. You’ll be the key driver of our TikTok Shop performance—leading promo planning, content collaboration, livestream strategy, and data-driven optimization to hit bold sales targets without compromising profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a 360° Marketing Plan for TikTok, covering promotional campaigns, content direction, livestream initiatives, and affiliate collaborations.
  • Drive TikTok Shop performance to achieve 100% sales targets through optimized campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strategize and optimize product assortment and pricing tailored to TikTok user behavior, campaign mechanics, and platform trends.
  • Maintain a healthy P&L for the TikTok platform, balancing growth with profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Livestream, Affiliate, Creative, and Performance Marketing to align strategies and calendars.
  • Monitor and analyze daily to monthly sales performance, campaign KPIs, and competitive benchmarking, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Work hand-in-hand with TikTok's Relationship Manager and external partners to maximize brand exposure and platform support.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends and explore creative growth opportunities for Rosé All Day’s TikTok presence.
  • Contribute as a strong team player within the broader Sales & Marketing team to collectively drive revenue and brand success.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce Key Account Management or Performance Marketing, preferably with TikTok Shop or other marketplace platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing online sales performance and digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability.
  • Creative and trend-aware, with strong executional discipline.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the FMCG and Beauty Industry is a plus!
