About the customer:

The customer is a logistics and supply chain specialist, providing warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment services to businesses across multiple industries focused on FMCG products. They manage a diverse range of products, including consumer goods, electronics, apparel, health & beauty items, and eCommerce merchandise. By leveraging advanced technology, they optimize inventory and distribution processes, ensuring fast, reliable, and scalable solutions for B2B and retail partners. Their office location is near Canggu.

Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying upselling opportunities to drive business growth. With a strong commercial mindset and international experience, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their logistics and supply chain needs are met efficiently.
  2. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  3. Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to align solutions with client expectations.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide proactive recommendations.
  5. Monitor account health, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports on client engagement and business growth.
  6. Address client concerns promptly and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG sectors.
  3. Strong ability to upsell, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  4. Excellent communication and fluency in English.
  5. Experience working with global clients, expats, or multinational companies.
  6. Business-savvy with the ability to understand client pain points and propose value-driven solutions.
  7. Dynamic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

For this position, the client’s budget is between 20.000.000 - 35.000.000 /month.
