Job Description

The main responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  2. Identifying new business opportunities within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  3. Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
  4. Providing regular status reports to management.
  5. Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  6. Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise profit.
  7. Understanding and keeping up with industry trends and market changes.
  8. Implementing a strategic approach to promote company products and services.
  9. Managing multiple projects.

The Successful Applicant

  1. A degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or a related field.
  2. Proven sales or account management experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  3. Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
  4. Ability to read technical drawing/design.
  5. Experience in sales and technical expertise, particularly in the VAC (Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Sales sector within Building Technology, Data Centers, and the F&B (Food and Beverage) industry.
  6. A customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  7. Strong knowledge of data center operations and products.
