About the Role

Rosé All Day is looking for a Key Account Manager – Modern Trade who’s passionate about growing beauty brands through strong retail partnerships, strategic execution, and data-driven decisions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both the big picture and the day-to-day grind—owning revenue targets, leading promotions, and unlocking new growth opportunities across Indonesia’s leading modern trade platforms.

You’ll take the lead in managing key accounts like Watsons, Guardian, Sociolla, and more—developing sales plans, nurturing relationships, and collaborating closely with our marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams to bring the brand to life across shelves and screens.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and develop sales activities in the modern trade channel.
• Manage and build strong business relationships with all key accounts.
• Oversee profitability by developing long-term and short-term sales goals and channel strategies.
• Ensure transparent implementation of promotions and programs related to the modern trade channel.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG, beauty, or personal care industry.
• Strong track record of managing national key accounts such as Sociolla, Watsons, Guardian, Sephora, BeautyHaul, and other major retailers.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of modern trade dynamic, including experience in handling trading terms, joint business planning (JBP), and promotional alignment.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident in analyzing data to generate insights and drive decision-making.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
