About Our Client

Job Description
Manage and grow existing key accounts while actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities.
Serve as the main point of contact for Korean clients, building strong relationships across various levels within client organizations.
Promote and recommend company products by leveraging deep product knowledge and a consultative sales approach.
Work closely with the technical and QA teams to resolve product issues and ensure timely and effective support.
Monitor industry trends, customer activity, and competitor movements to provide strategic market insights.
Take ownership of account receivables and ensure timely payment collection.
Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Support strategic planning by sharing insights related to pricing, customer inquiries, and complaints.
The Successful Applicant
Korean national.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in sales, account management, business development, or related fields.
A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
Prior experience in the labels, packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel as needed for client visits and business development.
Demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibilities and adapt to a growing role within a dynamic environment.
