Job Description



  • Manage and grow existing key accounts while actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for Korean clients, building strong relationships across various levels within client organizations.


  • Promote and recommend company products by leveraging deep product knowledge and a consultative sales approach.


  • Work closely with the technical and QA teams to resolve product issues and ensure timely and effective support.


  • Monitor industry trends, customer activity, and competitor movements to provide strategic market insights.


  • Take ownership of account receivables and ensure timely payment collection.


  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to both internal stakeholders and clients.


  • Support strategic planning by sharing insights related to pricing, customer inquiries, and complaints.

The Successful Applicant



  • Korean national.


  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.


  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in sales, account management, business development, or related fields.


  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.


  • Prior experience in the labels, packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.


  • Willingness to travel as needed for client visits and business development.


  • Demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibilities and adapt to a growing role within a dynamic environment.
