About Our Client

Our client is a global FMCG company with reputable personal care brand in the market currently looking to hire for Key Account Manager with expertise in driving the modern trade business within hyper super accounts.

Job Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to create joint business plans that deliver strong results.
  • Build strong engagement with hyper super key accounts to secure commitment and drive growth.
  • Manage trade spending effectively to ensure a solid return on investment.
  • Coordinate closely with distributor teams to ensure perfect execution of the all customer touchpoints.
  • Use data and insights to support negotiations and decision-making.
  • Work with distributor teams to execute product launches, promotions, and in-store activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management with major experience handling hyper super accounts
  • Experience working from MNC FMCG company will be highly preferred
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and collaborate across various stakeholder levels
  • Capability working and adapting to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in data interpretation and decision-making
