Position: Key Account Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG or Beauty industry.
• Proven track record in managing modern trade channels and growing strategic accounts such as health & beauty channels, hypermarkets, and supermarkets. Experience with baby essentials shops is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key modern trade accounts such as health & beauty channels, hypermarkets, and supermarkets.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of annual business plans for each account.
• Negotiate trading terms, pricing, promotions, and joint business plans with key accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of key account initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs and campaigns within the account.
• Forecast sales and inventory needs to ensure on-time replenishment and minimize stock-outs or overstock.
• Identify potential risks in account relationships and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular reports and business reviews to management on account performance.
