What You Will Experience:
  • Develop, manage, and maintain B2B customer relationships, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and local MT channels in the region to achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize various sales methods such as door-to-door, cold calling, and presentations to acquire new business.
  • Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies and models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Assess customer skills and needs to build productive, long-lasting relationships.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay updated with the latest developments.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial and statistical data.
  • Maintain and expand the client database.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience, particularly with a strong Key Account / KAM FMCG background.
  • Possess good relationships and channels with hypermarkets, supermarkets, and modern markets, with the ability to maintain them.
  • Excellent communication and approachability skills.
  • Willing to be mobile and cover the Central Java area.
