A leading FMCG company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced professional to manage sales and marketing strategies. The role includes developing promotional plans, overseeing trade spend management, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have 3+ years of relevant experience in modern trade. This position offers opportunities for growth and collaboration with key accounts.
Develop and deliver Join Business Plan: Sales, Range / Distribution, Display / Merchandising, Pricing, Promotion and Category partnership
Create profitable business both for company and customer with regard to the Point of Purchase Drivers.
Make promotional plans quarterly related with marketing projects,along with the implementation, brand activation, and evaluation to support company's goals.Providing sales monthly report for database and evaluation.
Implement Key Accounts Plan with nominated Accounts focusing on range, display, pricing and promotions utilizing the agreed operating resources.
Responsible regularly for sales planning, sales management, customer service satisfaction
Trade spend management, managing full year budgeting cost within each month include discretionary term, promotion cost and others.
Set full year promo plan and evaluate quarterly, ensure all the promotion running and Post promo analysis and deliver join business plan to customer also analyses business data periodically
Negotiate trading term with structure improvement
Finance management, AR deduction report and overdue follow up
Build strong relation with customer
Qualification:
Candidate should hold Bachelor / Master's degree from reputable university
Preferable have 3 year(s) experience in the same position from reputable FMCG company
Having experiences in modern trade channels & territory management, preferred experience on National Group Modern Trade (Minimarket, Supermarket, Hypermarket).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced excel and computer software skills
Previous experience of leading teams and conducting high profile negotiations.
