A leading cosmetic and health product manufacturer in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Key Account Manager. The role involves building relationships with key accounts, developing sales strategies, and implementing promotional plans to achieve growth targets. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in key account management and strong leadership and negotiation skills. Frequent travel is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Modern Market Key Account Manager or National Key Account Manager.
  • Preferably good knowledge and experience in handling the Modern Trade Market.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts including distributors and retailers.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Create a profitable business for both the company and the customer.
  • Make promotional plans quarterly related to marketing projects.
  • Provide a monthly sales report for database and evaluation.
  • Implement Key Accounts Plan focusing on range, pricing, and promotions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Modern Market Key Account Manager or National Key Account Manager
  • Preferably good knowledge and experience in handling the Modern Trade Market
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the area
  • Willing to work in West Jakarta

Job Descriptions:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand market share within assigned accounts
  • Develop Joint Business Plan: Sales, Range / Distribution, Display / Merchandising, Pricing, Promotion, and Category partnership.
  • Create a profitable business both for the company and the customer with regard to the Point of Purchase Drivers.
  • Make promotional plans quarterly related to marketing projects, along with the implementation, brand activation, and evaluation to support the company's goals.
  • Providing a monthly sales report for the database and evaluation.
  • Implement the Key Accounts Plan with nominated Accounts, focusing on range, display, pricing, and promotions, utilizing the agreed operating resources.
  • Responsible regularly for sales planning, sales management, and customer service satisfaction
  • Trade spend management, managing full-year budgeting costs within each month, including discretionary terms, promotion costs, and others
  • Set a full-year promo plan and evaluate quarterly, ensure all the promotions are running post promo analysis, deliver a joint business plan to customers, and also analyse business data periodically
  • Negotiate trading terms with structure improvement
