Qualifications

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Our client is a fast-paced growing CRM, AI-based Marketing Automation startup combined with Generative AI & Multi Language support. Currently, we are helping them inseeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team.

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction and business success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring clients needs and expectations are met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the clients needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and transaction success.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 - 5years working experience
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or other relevant sales/customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Good to have: Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot)
