About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team at PT Saf Indonusa. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, understanding client needs, proposing solutions, and serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. KAMs resolve issues, drive sales growth, and prepare progress reports. Key skills include communication, organizational abilities, problem-solving, negotiation, and customer focus. This position will report to the National Key Account Manager.

What you'll be doing

  • Build good relationships with customers
  • Expand & strengthen key account portfolio
  • Manage the existing & new key accounts
  • Initiate projects to expand national key account development
  • Monitor accounts
  • Build business plans with customers
  • Manage sales forecasts
  • Make strategic activity plans

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, business development, or related studies
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as Key Account Executive / Supervisor, preferably in managing industrial & B2B Key Accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to resolve issues swiftly and effectively
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good initiative & analytical thinking
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to meeting those needs
