A leading packaging solutions provider in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage product sales and develop strong relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in the packaging industry, a proven track record in key account management, and fluency in English. This role requires frequent travel and offers opportunities for career growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Job description

Manage Lamipak product sales with assigned key accounts, including aseptic packaging materials, paper straws, caps, and other products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with various customer departments and Lamipak stakeholders.

Analyze customer strategies to identify new opportunities and projects.

Expand business and partnerships across different customer sites and factories.

Coordinate technical and marketing resources to support key accounts and build long-term partnerships.

Create and implement Key Account Development Plans covering schedules, budgets, operational, and technical support to strengthen customer relationships and enhance sales performance.

Qualifications :

Experience in the packaging industry (PE, flexible, or primary packaging).

5–10 years of proven track record in key account management or related roles.

Highly self motivated, independent, and results-driven.

Willing and able to travel frequently.

Able to speak fluent in English.
