A leading logistics services provider in Jakarta is seeking a Key Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth. The role focuses on managing accounts, aligning strategies with financial performance, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Candidates should have a relevant degree, extensive experience, and strong communication skills.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Be customer-oriented, focusing on mutual growth and benefits with a strong business sense.
Translate strategies into clear business plans, perform calculations, execute, track, and achieve results.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
Manage results against budget and actual P&L, with continuous improvement and analysis of financial performance.
Conduct weekly reviews of opportunities and business plans.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Commercial, Finance) to communicate client needs and ensure quality service delivery.
Liaise with internal teams and customers to support project services.
Work with Finance to reduce days outstanding, improve cash flow, manage bad debts, billing cycles, and billing simulations.
Additional questions include qualifications, expected salary, language skills, and Microsoft Office experience.
