KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER - Jakarta

• Key Account Management: maintain and follow up existing customers, complaint handling, proactively offer new items
• New Business Development
• Reporting (daily / weekly progress)
• Cooperate with the internal team so that the product can be accepted by the customer according to the customer's request

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Having minimum 2 years of experience in the Manufactured Industry (B2B), preferably from Bakery Ingredients/Food Ingredients/FMCG industry
• Good presentation skills, eager to learn, able to work with tight deadlines and strive to achieve targets
• Communicative and possess a pleasant personality
• Excellence in using Microsoft Office (familiar with Excel)
• Fluent in English (trilingual is a plus)
