Job Description: The Key Account Executive (KAE) manages and grows relationships with strategic clients in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. This role ensures client satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and serves as the main point of contact for key accounts, particularly for BMHP and syringe product lines. The KAE collaborates with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital and clinic clients.
Understand clients’ healthcare needs and provide customized medical device solutions.
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for assigned key accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, marketing, operations) to ensure effective product delivery and support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and customer insights.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
Proven experience as Key Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop strategic account plans.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions as needed.
