A leading company in the beauty and personal care segment is looking for a Key Account Executive – Modern Trade. In this dynamic role, you will manage key accounts, drive sales, and collaborate on marketing strategies, all while building relationships with retail partners. This position requires a strong background in account management and sales within the FMCG or beauty sector, alongside a proactive attitude and a willingness to travel.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive – Modern Trade to manage and grow our presence in leading modern trade outlets. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, executing marketing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with key retail partners within the beauty and personal care segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop assigned modern trade key accounts to achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth.
Plan and implement monthly and quarterly sales activities to achieve KPIs including sell-in, sell-out, and stock rotation targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and trade marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, planograms, and in-store visibility campaigns.
Lead commercial negotiations including product listing, pricing, discounts, and promotional support with retail partners.
Work closely with supply chain and distributors to forecast demand, monitor stock levels, and reduce OOS (Out of Stock) and overstock situations.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance and competitor activities; provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with buyers, store managers, and merchandisers.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the FMCG or beauty/personal care industry with modern trade exposure.
Understanding of the beauty market, consumer trends, and the retail environment in modern trade channels.
Willing to travel as needed
