Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with modern trade accounts
- Manage trading terms, price negotiations, and promotional budgets effectively
- Monitor performance, analyze gaps, and propose action plans to drive sales and category growth
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing for effective in-store activation and category visibility
- Lead new product listing, promo planning, and seasonal campaigns in assigned accounts
- Provide accurate and timely reports and insights to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade Sales, preferably in FMCG or Consumer Health industry
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial acumen
- Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and using sales tools
