Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with modern trade accounts
  • Manage trading terms, price negotiations, and promotional budgets effectively
  • Monitor performance, analyze gaps, and propose action plans to drive sales and category growth
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing for effective in-store activation and category visibility
  • Lead new product listing, promo planning, and seasonal campaigns in assigned accounts
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and insights to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade Sales, preferably in FMCG or Consumer Health industry
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial acumen
  • Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and using sales tools
  • Placement: Head Office, Bintaro
