Perform and execute sales distribution strategy activities to achieve sustainable target fulfillment, volume growth, distribution, product penetration, and Market Share in his/her domain area of responsibility.
Job Description :
- Implement business development strategy activities to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Carry out activities of the MPMPP function (Market Penetration, Product Availability, Merchandising, Pricing, Promo Implementation).
- Responsible for developing potential markets and achieving sales targets in the area.
- Responsible for developing human resource potential to build a stronger Sales Management Area.
- Maintain area price stability according to predetermined pricing strategy and ensure control of Consumer Buying Price (CBP) for SMART products.
- Collaborate with RSM and NSM in recruiting and selecting distributors in the area in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure Distributorship requirements (PKD, Bank Guarantee) are complete as per regulations.
- Evaluate and develop distributor performance to optimize distribution and target achievement.
- Prepare Rolling Forecasts for the region in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with related parties to ensure maximum logistics performance (Handling, Storage, Stock, Delivery).
- Ensure and evaluate the implementation of promotional programs in the area.
- Periodically visit distributors, customers, and sales teams to maintain good relationships.
- Provide team development proposals for the area.
- Conduct coaching and counseling for the team in the area to carry out duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulations are communicated and implemented by all teams in the area.
Job requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in modern trade with key account management skills.
- Understanding and controlling budgeting.
- Understanding sales operations.
- Placement in BSD.
