A prominent market research firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a head of department with extensive experience in field research and team management. The ideal candidate has proved capabilities in managing large projects using both quantitative and qualitative methods. You will design strategies and operations while collaborating across divisions to achieve targets, with extensive travel required. This position offers a chance to lead a multi-city team in a dynamic environment.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in field research and at least 1 year in a Managerial/Supervisory role
Proven experience managing marketing research projects using quantitative methods (Face-to-face Interview, Tele-survey, Central Location Test, Home Visit) and qualitative methods (In-depth Interview, Focus Group Discussion, Mystery Shopping)
Strong experience in building, managing, and developing a team
Ability to design strategies and execute efficient and effective operations
Skilled in identifying and resolving operational issues in marketing research promptly and accurately
Capable of collaborating with various divisions to achieve company targets
Experienced in managing large and multi-city teams
Familiar with budget management, timeline coordination, and quality control
Having a broad network with team leader interviewers across regions is an advantage
