L'École Stella Maris recherche un Responsable des Opérations Scolaires, chargé de superviser les équipes d'achats, de ressources humaines et de qualité, tout en assurant le respect des normes et réglementations internes. Ce rôle stratégique implique la gestion des opérations non académiques, la planification budgétaire et l'amélioration des processus pour une efficacité optimale.
Supervise and provide direction to the Purchasing, GA, HR, and QA teams.
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, purchasing planning, contract management, and budget control.
Ensure timely and efficient acquisition of goods and services in line with school needs and policies.
Develop and implement operational procedures, service level agreements, and performance indicators for all units.
Manage daily non-academic operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations.
Lead improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery across departments.
Coordinate with school leadership on planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Monitor compliance with quality and safety standards, and lead internal audits when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or purchasing management, ideally in an educational or service organization.
Proven experience in procurement and vendor management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple departments effectively.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or quality management systems is a plus.
High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills.
