ASIA PULP AND PAPER is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to identify opportunities, analyze production processes, and drive Lean initiatives at our Karawang site in West Java. You will lead cross-functional projects to boost efficiency and reduce waste while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, hands-on CI experience, and strong analytical and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving tools.

Responsabilités

• Identify and analyze opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production processes and identify root causes of operational problems.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other improvement methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, costs, and process inefficiencies.
• Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java.
