PT Madyakreasi Perdana is hiring for an HSE specialist to plan and implement K3 programs in line with regulations. You will inspect workers for K3 compliance, ensure safety equipment is available, and maintain documentation across all sites in Jakarta.

This role involves planning and implementing occupational health and safety (K3) programs in accordance with applicable regulations and K3 standards.

Key responsibilities

Create planning and implement K3 work programs that comply with applicable regulations and K3 standards

Conduct inspections of workers for K3 compliance across all work areas with potential safety and accident risks

Perform periodic checks on work equipment and supporting materials to ensure they are in normal and safe condition for use

Ensure K3 equipment and personal protective equipment (APE) are available and complete

Create work documentation and reports

Conduct inventory of provision, maintenance, and distribution of APE

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Environmental Engineering, K3, or Public Health

Possess General AK3 Certificate from DISNAKER

Understand ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3), and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS)

Able to identify potential accidents and work disruptions

Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE field

Good communication skills and able to work cooperatively in a team

Hardworking, possess leadership qualities, polite, responsible, honest, and loyal

Willing to work under pressure and tight work schedules
